Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by seven days prior to the first day of class. Please email cancellation requests to Corbinyu@yahoo.com. A standard cancellation fee of $15 will be withheld from all refunds.

To cancel a registration after the deadline has passed, please contact Corbin at Corbinyu@yahoo.com. Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please include the following components in your email:

  • Subject line: (School name) Chess Club Cancellation Request

  • Student’s name

  • Explanation for requesting a cancellation

Once confirmed, the refund should appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days.

School Closure Policy

Chess Club follows the Lake Oswego School District’s closure days. If Schools are closed, Chess Club will not be held that day. This applies to unexpected closures, including inclement weather.
